Technical Assistance
In support of the organization’s mission and customer service values, we provide technical assistance to government agencies, and small and emerging businesses. We use a collaborative process that builds and strengthens relationships with you in order to best meet your needs and solve your problems. We will help build your organization’s capacity by providing you with new knowledge and skills and the opportunity to apply these to current and future situations. We have highly experienced technical assistance providers (TSPs), who will show you how things can and should be done. Our staff is supported by professional development opportunities which continually improve their content knowledge and methods of delivery.
We provide technical assistance through on-site training, assessment of ongoing activities and identification of the strengths and weaknesses of organizations.
