In response to federal and state governments’ Mega Construction Project initiatives, TCE established its Construction Management Division that focuses on construction management and engineering services for the transportation and construction industry. This division provides professional services that apply effective management techniques to the planning, design and construction of a project from inception to completion for the purpose of controlling time, cost and quality.

Our Construction Management Division is led by our Senior Executive Vice-President, Quinten Washington. Mr. Washington has over 25 years of U.S. and international experience involving engineering and construction, contract disputes, project management, project development and construction management and is certified as a Construction Manager by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
