U.S. Department of Navy
Acquisition Reform Office (ARO)

Print Publication and CD Presentation of ARO
Annual Report
The Department of Navy (DoN) sought to reengineer its business practices and implement strategies
that would unify and streamline efforts across the DoN to help meet today’s growing operational
demands while developing the military force of the future. The ARO desired to develop
informational and marketing products aimed at informing all stakeholders of its direction and
focus.
TCE developed an integrated marketing communications strategy designed to reach all stakeholders, based upon the ARO’s current and future needs. We executed all aspects of the collateral materials planning and production—from concept to publication. Our services encompassed video production and photography, graphic design and layout, editorial support and four-color printing. We delivered on our task by producing a 22-page annual report entitled: Navigating the Course for Acquisition Reform – Year In Review, a multimedia CD-ROM presentation, and duplication of 5,000 copies of each product for distribution throughout the DoN community. In addition, TCE provided video, graphic design and photography services to the Navy’s Communications Outreach Office.
Program Staff Support
TCE provided administrative support staff to augment federal staff for several offices within
Acquisition Reform.
