TCE, Incorporated, formerly known as TCE Digital Solutions, is a management consulting company focusing on results-oriented solutions for organizational and business improvement efforts. We provide a broad range of support and advisory services in project management, organizational development and training, construction management and business management solutions to small and large businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies. Founded in 1994 as a video production company, TCE is certified as a minority, woman-owned 8(a) firm with the Small Business Administration and as a DBE/MBE with the Maryland and Virginia Departments of Transportation.
